Terms of Service

Last updated: October 12, 2026

The short version

You subscribe to a tool, you pay monthly, you can cancel any time. Use the tool for your business. Don't abuse the service, don't resell it, don't share your access. The tools help you get work done — they don't replace your professional judgment. Everything else below is the fine print.

1. Who we are

VentureStand ("we", "us", "our") operates venturestand.com and provides subscription-based business tools ("the Service"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You access the Service through the email address you used at checkout. Keep that email secure — anyone with access to it can request a new access link to your subscription.

You are responsible for anything done through your subscription. If you believe someone else has access to it, use the contact form immediately and we'll help you resecure it.

3. Subscription and billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in the currency shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel any time from the Stripe receipt email. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, use the contact form and we'll look into it.
  • We may change prices for new subscribers at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before any price change affects them.

4. Access and single-user use

Your subscription is for one person. The access link we send you is single-use and intended for your own use only. Do not share your access link, do not share your login session, and do not resell or redistribute access to the Service.

If we detect that a subscription is being shared beyond a reasonable level (for example, simultaneous use from many distinct devices or locations), we may suspend or cancel the subscription without refund.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything unlawful or harmful.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the Service.
  • Submit content that infringes the rights of others, or that contains malware, spam, or abusive material.
  • Use the Service to produce content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or intended to harass.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules.

6. Not professional advice

The Service produces working outputs — drafts, calculations, checklists, summaries. These are tools to help you do your work faster. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, insurance, or medical advice, and they do not replace the judgment of a qualified professional.

You remain responsible for reviewing anything you produce with the Service before you rely on it, send it, file it, or act on it.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and the outputs you generate. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your inputs in order to produce outputs — nothing more.

We do not store your inputs or outputs after the request completes. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the Service offline for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime.

9. Changes to the Service

We may add, change, or discontinue tools at any time. If we discontinue a tool you're paying for, we'll give you notice by email and a pro-rata credit or refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service entirely. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as liability limits and governing law) will do so.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Wyoming.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to active subscribers and reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
